I've had this couch for a few months now and it's held together pretty well, it was really easy to put together only took me about 40 mins to assemble all the pieces. Only issue so far is one of the arms was starting to separate but pretty easy to fix. Other than that it's pretty comfortable and definitely worth the price.Final edit. I received my end piece and my couch is put together finally. It’s starting to be more comfortable. And I’m slowly starting to be ok with all of it. Over all after everything I’m happy with my purchase. And maybe in the future we can order extra seating to make it biggerEDIT:: I reached out to the seller, they did respond promptly, stated the missing price was on the way, so I’m waiting for that. They also stated they would send me a replacement of the broken parts, the communication is good.The whole experience of this purchase was disappointing, not with Amazon but the seller. I’m hoping to have things fixed like the seller promised. And I will be much more satisfied with the purchase.————-Got our sectional and after putting it together we are missing an end piece . I like that it came earlier than expected. But it’s missing pieces, It also came with broken pieces. The instructions are somewhat clear, It’s kind of hard to put together. I think after a few sits it will be more comfy but as of right now deff not comfortable.Assembly is easy and it is nice to buy separate pieces to make the couch you want. I, for example, bought pieces to make a sectional. However, the couch is not deep enough to sit comfortably for very long. Napping on it hurt my 22-year-old back. The fabric pills easily and really badly. It works for what I got it for, but am definitely pawning it off on the first person who expresses interest.Edit: seller responded to my email immediately and I had three replacement sections sent the same day. A bit of an inconvenience having to have so many sections replaced but customer service time makes up for it.Ordered this sectional and an additional middle piece and ottoman, so far I am halfway threw building it and two sections have bad threads for the legs to attach to. One section the threaded insert is folded over inside the chair not allowing the leg to screw in and on another one of the inserts is made for a much smaller bolt than the other. I will continue to put together and hope I don’t have anymore bad sections. I have contacted the seller and will update once I have a response.Too narrow (depth). I'm not sure but it seems the couch is made for children. If only it was less narrow I would be fine. I am only 5'6, fit build ... too small/narrow for me to sit comfortably. I would say if you are over 5'2 or so it will be too narrow but maybe I am wrong for some. Wish i could return :(This sectional was perfect for what we needed it for. It was very easy to assemble and is comfortable. One section went missing during shipment and customer service sent a replacement as soon as they were notified. I would definitely purchase from this seller again. Great product and even better customer service!This couch has been amazing for my husband who has trouble getting up. It's comfortable and soft. We don't sink when we sit. It holds up to the grandkids with the rough jumping they do. 1 and half and 3 year old. We just love it. We are planning on getting the 5 seat set next. Our daughter has 6 seater with 4 kids 3 adults and a large dog. It has held up very well for over a year now. Very easy to put together. Customer service is awesome and helpful. We highly recommend this couch to anyone one on a budget who is looking for a sturdy comfortable couch. Well worth the money.I ordered a ottoman unit first, and will order more to complete my new livingroom couch. The sofa pieces attached together perfectly, very good modular sectional ,we all love it , and sofa is very comfortable but the seat is a little smaller than others, but it's great for us.. Different pieces available so you can configure it how you wish.
